Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Validity
   We don't set an expiration date for gift cards - they never expire.
   
2. Usage
   The gift card can be used exclusively for purchases at the Natty Polly online store.
3. Non-Refundable
   Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Partial Redemption
   If the total purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay available for future use.
5. Exceeding Balance
   If your order exceeds the gift card value, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards
   Natty Polly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
7. Promotions & Discounts
   Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, but may be combined with certain promotions or discount codes.
8. Fraud Prevention
   Natty Polly reserves the right to cancel gift cards or orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
